Nameless Characters who Finally Got Names!
Starting off we have Incidental 49A or the Saleswoman Fish who tried to sell squidward's house. For years fans theorized her name may have actually also been Squidward, but decades later in a recent Patrick Star Show episode, it was revealed her name is actually Janet
Next we have the Comic Book Guy from the Simpsons, it took 16 seasons for us to learn that the Comic Book Guy is actually named Jeff Albertson thanks to Ned Flanders.
This one is kinda the opposite: Monopoly Man for many years was thought to never have a name, the Parker Brothers actually gave him a name that just flew under the radar in 1946, his name is Milburn Pennybags.
Then there is the Child aka Baby Yoda, for years this character didn’t have a name and a lot of people were confused and thought this was indeed Yoda as a baby, but this is an entirely different being named Grogu.
And Lastly we have Scar from the Lion King being Named Taka, If you only watch the Original Movies, you would not know about his origin story before he got his Scar and name. In the Tale of Two Brothers Book and in the 2024 Mufasa Movie, we learn he was originally named Taka.
