I know what it’s like to feel desperate for answers.
Years ago, I was dealing with hip and back problems that completely changed how I moved and lived. I did what most people do: I looked for help everywhere I could.
Over time, I spent more than $26,000 trying to fix myself.
Different treatments. Different professionals. Different promises.
And yet, I still wasn’t where I wanted to be.
I remember feeling frustrated, confused, and honestly a little hopeless. I couldn’t understand why I was trying so hard and getting so little in return.
But I wasn’t ready to accept that this was just my life now.
So I kept learning. I dove deep into movement, mobility, strength, and pain science. I became my own case study. Slowly, things started to click.
I moved better. I got stronger. I trusted my body again.
That journey ended up becoming my life’s work.
Today, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of people around the world get back to running, lifting, hiking, playing with their kids, and doing things they thought they had lost forever.
