After I announced my pregnancy I got so many sweet messages. Your support for Bryan and I has been so thoughtful. I also received a ton of questions about my pregnancy. So I picked the most requested questions and answered them ALL!
This video is just ME! Your BFF, your Sis and now a MOM, talking to you candidly and personally like never before. There are some things an IG pic just can’t capture. This is my own personal experience. Things I have been doing that have worked for me.
Pregnancy is challenging on so many different levels; mentally, physically, emotionally. I’ve never been so amazed by what a woman's body is capable of doing. I still haven’t been able to wrap my head around it. One thing I know for sure, I am walking away with a profound depth of empowerment and the most beautiful gift God could ever bless us with.
