New here and just curious about the swap details and numbers? This video gives you a clear look at my 2019 330i that now runs a Gen2 B58 two port with a Pure600 Stage 1 Turbo Upgrade. I take it to Racebox in Houston for a custom tune using an MHD Flex Fuel Kit on MHD+. We tune on E47 in 102°F heat and land at 503 whp and 540 wtq. Along the way I explain the key parts of the swap so you understand what it takes to make a two port B58 work in a G20 330i.
The Pure600 Stage 1 for the Gen2 B58 is a new turbo that, on my G20 330i two port swap, spools like stock and was run at 23 psi with low IATs despite 102°F Houston heat. This session was custom tuned at Racebox in Houston using an MHD Flex Fuel Kit on MHD+ with E47. The video walks through the setup, dyno pulls, and street checks, plus a quick look at the shop’s Mk5 Supra around 800 whp and a G80 M3 on a big single around 800 whp. Expect similar results on a 6 port B58 like the M340i.
