President Marcos has assured the public that government agencies are ready to ensure safe, orderly, and convenient travel during this year's Undas, with transport terminals, roads, hospitals, and cemeteries placed on alert.
The Department of Transportation and other agencies are inspecting transport terminals, while more than 1,000 special permits have been issued for additional buses. Over 2,000 MMDA personnel will also be deployed to manage traffic in Metro Manila, and airport immigration counters will be fully staffed from Oct. 30 to Nov. 3 to prevent long queues.
