Description
The Gordon Duncan Tribute Pipe Band presented the Live 'N' Well @ 30 concert in Glasgow Royal Concert, which took place as part of the Celtic Connections festival in January 2026.
The concert paid tribute not only to Gordon Duncan but also to the iconic Live 'n Well recording by the Vale of Atholl Pipe Band recorded at The Motherwell Civic Centre in 1995.
Here, Greg Lawson and Donald Shaw perform one of Gordon Duncan's best know compositions - The Sleeping Tune. This was performed as an impromptu extra at the end of the first part of the concert in Glasgow Royal Concert Hall.
