Lionesses Don't Recognise This Male Lion

Description

Lionesses are capable of defending themselves against nomadic males, but success depends heavily on numbers and the specific circumstances of the encounter. A solitary female will rarely defeat a massive, 180 kg to 230 kg nomadic male, but a united coalition of lionesses frequently drives off, injures, or kills intruders.
