Police in George in the Western Cape have instituted an internal investigation into the conduct of a police official relating to yesterday's voting.
Police spokesperson, Chris Spies, says they've noted with serious concern a video circulating on social media, depicting a police official making unbecoming remarks at the Pacaltsdorp police station.
In the video, he is seen using offensive language when reffering to voters. Spies says SAPS management views the remarks in a very serious light.
