Jyotsna Dsouza, a resident of Kailashchandra Cooperative Housing Society, Malad East, has written to the District Deputy Registrar, Mumbai, about the selection of Architectural Associates (AA) as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for their society's redevelopment. Although the society had advertised that it is necessary for the prospective PMC to have successfully completed at least 5 redevelopment projects in the past 10 or 15 years, it seems Architectural Associates (whose partners are Architects Anand Pandit and Abhijit Sawant) had not completed a single redevelopment project as PMC.
