🍏 Recipe: Lenore’s Fallen Apples Tart (Serves 8)
Ingredients:
1½ cups gluten-free oats
½ cup rice flour
¼ cup brown sugar
½ cup melted butter
4 apples, thinly sliced
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
½ cup dark caramel sauce
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Combine oats, rice flour, sugar, and butter for the crust. Press into a tart pan.
Mix apples with cinnamon and nutmeg. Layer evenly over the crust.
Bake 35–40 minutes or until tender and golden.
Drizzle with caramel and serve warm or at room temperature.
