🍽️ What You’ll Need
Tools:
Large roasting pan
Small saucepan (for glaze)
Basting brush
Meat thermometer
Aluminum foil

Ingredients:
1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
2 tbsp fresh thyme, minced
Salt & pepper to taste

For the Cranberry-Balsamic Glaze:
2 cups cranberry juice
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp honey

🔪 Prep & Cook
Prep the turkey: Preheat oven to 325°F. Rub the turkey with olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper.

Roast: Place in a large roasting pan and roast for about 3 hours, basting occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Make the glaze: While the turkey roasts, simmer cranberry juice, balsamic vinegar, and honey in a saucepan until reduced to a syrupy glaze.

Glaze & finish: Brush the glaze over the turkey in the final hour of roasting for a glossy, flavorful finish.

Rest & serve: Let rest before carving. Serve with your favorite eerie side dishes or as part of a full gothic dinner spread.
