In this video, I'm taking you through the final week of the Fitness Culture Summer Sizzle Program with a heavy leg day.
The Summer Sizzle Challenge is wrapping up, but you can still download the program and train with us. I start with a final weigh-in and break down where my body comp landed over the last two months. I lost a bunch of muscle during some time off, built it back, then trimmed down.
Since it's the last week, we're in the peaking phase, and we're using cluster sets to stack up volume.
Here's the workout:
✅ Leg-specific warm-up with hip openers and pre-hab work
✅ Back squat cluster sets + TKE superset
✅ Slider reverse lunges + glute ham raises
✅ Hack squat, dumbbell side lunge, and seated calf raise tri-set
✅ 10-round dumbbell metcon snatches, thrusters, and devil presses
