Kia Syros EV has now been fully revealed ahead of its launch in India, with the brand revealing its design, specifications, features, battery options, and charging capabilities. Positioned as a compact electric SUV, the Syros EV will be offered with two battery pack options and comes with an ARAI-certified range of up to 526km. The headline figures include a 51.4kWh battery producing 170bhp and 255Nm, while the smaller 42kWh battery develops 135bhp with the same torque output. The smaller battery has a claimed range of 443km, whereas the larger pack extends that to 526km. Kia claims a 10 to 80 per cent DC fast charge time of 39 minutes using a 100kW charger, while AC charging is supported at up to 11kW. In terms of styling, the Syros EV retains the upright silhouette of its ICE sibling and carries forward the familiar elements such as Kia's Digital Tiger Face, aero alloy wheels, flush door handles, Star Map LED lighting, and a dual-pane panoramic sunroof. Inside, the cabin features digital displays integrating the instrument cluster, touchscreen, and the climate control. Other highlights include ventilated front and rear seats, a Harman Kardon eight-speaker audio system, wireless phone charging, powered driver's seat, sliding and reclining rear seats, and vehicle-to-load (V2L) functionality. Safety equipment includes six airbags, a 360-degree camera, front parking sensors, a dual-camera dashcam, and Level 2 ADAS with 16 driver assistance features on the X-Line variant.
