I love being back in Mexico and serving the community. This country has such a beautiful outlook on life and I am so grateful to be able to come here and spend time with the people. Here is a clip from last October when Mark Martin, Roy Matz and I went to San Miguel to perform and give workshops. This time I got to come and support the Mexican Beatbox Community. I truly love the “work” I do. For me it’s the most important. It’s not about the views, money or fame you get but how you use it. I will continue to use it to help others because I know that why I get the gifts in the first place.

Kaila Mullady is a New York based performer – The 2015 World Beatbox Champion, 2014 America Vice Beatbox Champion, 3x Loop station champion and 3x, reigning Beatrhyme Champion. Kaila performs all over NYC and the country infusing beatboxing, singing, rapping, poetry and theater to push the boundaries of creativity and show just what the human instrument is capable of. Multi-instrumentalist, using a RC 300 she is able to loop guitar, beatboxing and vocals to become a one woman band. Part of NYC’s premier freestyle comedy rap group North Coast, incorporating improv comedy and hip hop. Teaching workshops all across the country promoting reading, writing and finding your own soul music. Giving back to communities and volunteering is a big part of Kaila’s creative process
