Japan Starbucks just released a NEW & SPICY Honey Hot Mango Frappuccino on June 7th so I tried it at the beginning of my recent live stream. I'm not sure what is in the "hot honey", like habanero or just capsaicin, but it wasn't too spicy... at least for me. I love spicy! But just a warning, it might be very spicy for those sensitive to spicy things.
I gave it a 3 out of 5 stars. It's going for about 761 Yen ($5.32 USD), and will be available until July 8th, 2025! Try it out if you like mango and spicy things!
