“I believe one of the greatest revelations in life is discovering that even when we are not pursuing God, His goodness is still pursuing us. That is the heart behind my song Follow Me. In The Chosen, when Jesus calls Matthew, He sees beyond the man the world has judged and recognizes the man grace can transform. What makes that moment so profound is that Jesus doesn’t ask Matthew to explain his past or prove his worth. He simply invites him into a different future. I believe that is the mystery and beauty of God’s love. He meets us in the very places where we feel most lost, not to remind us of who we were, but to reveal who we were created to be. Follow Me is my reflection on that truth. Sometimes the greatest act of faith is not having every answer, but trusting the One who calls us. And perhaps the most beautiful discovery of all is realizing that the God we’ve spent our lives searching for has been lovingly reaching for us all along.”
