A Personal Note from Franni Cash:
""This song was inspired by the episode where a woman goes to extraordinary lengths to bring her paralyzed friend to Jesus, even tearing through a roof to get him there. I got to gather with my friends Jordan Sapp, Jonathan Gamble, and Andy Cherry. We spent the morning watching the episode together, drinking coffee, sharing our different perspectives, and honestly just being so moved by the story. We kept coming back to how radical that kind of faith really is. I mean, tearing a roof off someone’s home would be shocking even today, but imagining the sacrifice, social expectations, and sheer effort involved in doing something like that 2,000 years ago makes it even more extraordinary. She was willing to risk her reputation, break through barriers, and do whatever it took to get her friend to Jesus. That kind of bold, selfless, beautiful faith really struck a chord with all of us. Musically, we also wanted to honor the incredible world The Chosen has created. I’ve always loved how the series incorporates these earthy, rootsy, almost ancient sounds that transport you to the land where Jesus actually walked. We wanted to capture a little of that spirit in the production while still making something that felt like an anthem for today. What I love most is that while this song was inspired by one woman’s extraordinary faith, it’s really a declaration for all of us. Whatever you’re facing, whatever obstacles are standing in your way, I hope this song reminds you that you can approach Jesus with that same courageous, relentless, beautiful faith.""

LYRICS
She heard rumors of a miracle man
Power of Heaven in the palm of His hand
It didn't make sense, but did it anyway
Ooh, what a beautiful faith
All he knew was being paralyzed
She leaned down with a look in her eyes
Said I know where He is, I'll do what it takes
Ooh, what a beautiful faith
I want that, stop you in your tracks
Faith beyond the facts, that rips the roof off the place
And I wanna hear, “get up and walk”
Get the people talking, something they can't explain
I want the powerful, supernatural
Borderline irrational, radical, beautiful faith
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh
I want radical, beautiful faith
Wade in the water, knowing seas can part
Build a boat before the clouds get dark
Running headstrong, right into the flames
Ooh, what a beautiful faith
Oh yeah
I want that, stop you in your tracks
Faith beyond the facts, that rips the roof off the place
And I wanna hear, “get up and walk”
Get the people talking, something they can't explain
I want the powerful, supernatural
Borderline irrational, radical, beautiful faith
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh
I want radical, beautiful faith
Lower me down, lower me down
I'll rise up when I hit the ground
Lower me down, lower me down
I've come too far to turn back now
Lower me down, lower me down
I'll rise up when I hit the ground
Lower me down, lower me down
I've come too far to turn back now
I want that, stop you in your tracks
Faith beyond the facts, that rips the roof off the place
I wanna hear, “get up and walk”
Get the people talking, something they can't explain
I want the powerful, supernatural
Borderline irrational, radical, beautiful faith
Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh yeah
I want radical, beautiful faith
Radical, beautiful faith
