What is life really like in a Vietnamese village?
In this video, I leave the tourist areas behind and walk through a real village outside Ho Chi Minh City to experience everyday life. We traveled about 6 hours by van. From busy local markets and endless scooters to friendly people, family traditions, and authentic Vietnamese culture, this is a side of Vietnam that many travelers never get to see.
This trip was especially meaningful because I also had the opportunity to visit a my cousin's house I helped build for a family member. Seeing the community, meeting local families, and exploring the village made this one of the most memorable experiences of my journey.
