Description
Most travelers never make it this far.
In this episode, I travel deep into the countryside of South Vietnam to visit my uncle and experience a side of Vietnam that few tourists ever see. We drive hours into the villages, visit our family’s ancestral burial sites, explore local roads and markets, and spend time with relatives while experiencing the incredible hospitality that makes Vietnam so special.
One thing that surprised me was how much of everyday life revolves around sharing food, stories, and drinks with family and friends. It wasn’t about partying—it was about tradition, community, and bringing people together.
From authentic local food and village life to endless scooters, beautiful countryside, and unforgettable moments with family, this became one of the most meaningful days of my trip.
If you enjoy authentic travel, hidden destinations, and experiencing cultures beyond the tourist attractions, I think you’ll enjoy this adventure.
