As an American living in Ecuador, I have visited national parks across the United States and Latin America, but this African safari may have become my favorite wildlife experience ever.
The adventure nearly ended at the Botswana border when I was asked for a yellow fever certificate that I could not access without Wi-Fi. After finally making it through immigration, I encountered huge groups of hippos, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, monkeys, and incredible African birds in their natural habitat.
