Today we're establishing your baseline with three simple tests:

💪 Close-Grip Bench Press (1 rep max)
⬆️ Pull-Ups (1 rep max)
🏃 Fastest 1-Mile Run

Give each test your best effort, record your results, and use them as the starting point for your progress throughout the H.E.A.T. Program.
