I find that most people think they are good at guessing someone’s body fat percentage, but they really aren’t. Most people under estimate their or other people’s body fat (think they are leaner than they actually are).
Here is a little test for you! The first person to guess mine and Garrison’s body fat percentage (or maybe I’ll be generous and say the person that gets the closest) to the nearest tenth (X.X%) I’ll send a @fatandweirdcookie $100 gift card too!
Here is some more helpful information, both Garrison and I are 5’11”. I weigh 190# and he weighs 199#.
