Description
For the last 30 days, I transformed my hedgehog Quilaim's boring enclosure into a living bioactive ecosystem to see if I could bring back some of his natural instincts.
Before the experiment, Quilaim faced three challenges: an agility course, a maze test, and a food test. Then I built him a new world filled with live plants, leaf litter, natural terrain, springtails, isopods, and a growing meadow.
Would he become more active?
Would he explore more?
Would he choose his old enclosure or his new bioactive habitat?
At the end of the experiment, Quilaim had one final choice to make.
