disclaimer: NOT A TUTORIAL I HAVE NEVER BOUGHT A HOUSE BEFORE. ok glad I got that off my chest. also - I am a very sarcastic girl who loves to complain but please know that I recognize just how fortunate I am to be in the position to purchase my first home. everyone deserves to be able to afford a house...but sadly that's not the reality we're in (although we need to fight to change it).
thank you for supporting me through both of my college dorms (lol), 2 apartments, a handful of roommates, and now my first home. I can't believe this dream came true :)
