To update profile in IRCTC, you need to log in toIRCTC app, go to the 'My Account' section and then click on 'Update Profile'. There you can update your mobile number, email id, address and other personal information.
To update profile, follow these steps:
1. Login to IRCTC website or app:
Login to the website or app with your name and address.
2. Click on 'My Account':
After logging in, click on 'My Account' or 'My Account' section.
3. Click on 'Update Profile':
Click on 'Update Profile' or 'Update Profile' option.
4. Update information:
Note: You can change your user ID, name, date of birth and gender only once. Once you make the change, you can only change your phone number, email ID and address.
