Having your artwork stolen, copied or resold without permission is one of the most anxiety-inducing (and frustrating) experiences an artist can face. And I have unfortunately been there several times.
It’s not the most fun art topic, but it’s definitely one of the most important.
By viewer request, I’m sharing real tips from my own experience – how to be proactive right now when sharing your work, and exactly what to do if this ever happens to you.
This is *not* meant to scare you or make you second guess sharing your art (please keep creating and posting!). It’s meant to give you peace of mind by equipping you with the tools and options available, before you ever need a lawyer.
