How To Make Stout Beer Ice Cream.
It is time for something a little different!!
In this video I will share a recipe and show all methods for making a delicious stout beer based ice cream. You will not need anything out of the ordinary equipment wise, outside what is usually found within a kitchen.
Recipe ingredients:-
200 ml stout beer** (reduced from 250ml )
200 ml double/heavy cream
100 ml whole milk
80 g sugar
2 egg yolks (for richness & texture)
½ tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon of xanthan gum
2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder

You will need a bender/ mixer or food processor.
Optional :- Ninja Creami or other type of ice cream maker.
