Here is how I wear and protect my natural hair underneath wigs after my hair transplant. I keep my TWA low manipulation, avoid unnecessary tension around the transplanted hairline and use a silk lined barrier underneath my wigs.
This is my personal recovery routine. Always follow your clinic’s aftercare instructions and remove the wig if you experience soreness, tenderness or irritation.
