Description
Nine years ago, Appaji V had a very different everyday routine.
He remembers waking up around 9 AM, feeling low on energy and not knowing much about maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Today, his mornings often begin at 5 AM.
Walking, exercising and paying attention to his daily habits have become an important part of his life.
But Appaji says the changes have gone beyond physical activity.
Over his nine years as a Herbalife Independent Associate, he has also learned more about nutrition, communicating with people and conducting himself with greater confidence.
What brings him particular happiness is sharing that learning with others.
Having experienced changes in his own lifestyle, Appaji now wants to encourage more people to make positive changes in theirs.
For him, the journey is about continuing the habits he has built while helping others discover what they can do for themselves.
