Description
Heavenly chicken
1-2 lbs chicken
16 oz sour cream
Spices- garlic, s/p, whatever you like
3 sleeves Ritz
1/3 stick butter, melted
Prepare chicken into smaller chunks or whatever you like. Dip in sour cream mixed with the spices of your choice and then coat with Ritz crackers. Cover with melted butter. Bake 350° for 20 minutes covered and then remove the cover and bake for an additional 30 minutes uncovered.
