Healthy Homemade Dog Treats - Easy and Quick

Description

In this short video, Dave shows us how he makes healthy homemade dog treats - and Arthur does a taste test.

The shelves of pet shows are full of 'treats' of questionable ingredients, few of which are completely transparent about what's in them, or their impacts on your beloved dog's long-term health. That's why Dave has chosen to take back control of what Arthur eats and to get the reassurance that he knows what he's offering him. These treats can be whatever size you choose - which is perfect for training treats.

He wants treats that can go on a walk or survive in a pocket, so he's picked a method that allows for that. Batch cooking means that you can bag up the treats and take them out of the freezer when you need them. The silicon moulds cuts out the fear of non-stick baking trays and their habit of bleeding PFAs - the forever chemicals - into whatever you're cooking.

Dave has gone for organic ingredients for that extra reassurance, but all of these items are easily purchased over the counter.

It couldn't be simpler. The recipe is below - let us know how you get on and whether or not your dog finds these treats as delicious as Arthur does.
