Join us as we harvest our Purple and Japanese sweet potatoes that we planted last year! 🌱 We trained the vines to grow up a trellis, but some still found their way to the ground and set roots — giving us an incredible harvest of nearly 30lbs of sweet potatoes! 🥔💪
This was a true family project, and even came with a surprise encounter — we accidentally uncovered what I thought was a snake… but my daughter quickly educated me that it was actually a *glass lizard*! 🦎
