Ground Beef and Potatoes Recipe:
1lb of lean ground beef 90/10
3 Medium Russet potatoes
1/2 onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
3 Roma Tomatoes chopped
2 Garlic cloves chopped
1 Jalapeno sliced
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp oregano
1/2 can of corn
2 tsp of beef bouillon
1 1/2 to 2 cups of water to cover the potatoes
Salt and black pepper to taste
