Discada is a stir fry inspired dish packed with Mexican flavors. You get maximum flavors as you cook everything together in its own juices. Depending on the region, you get different ingredients and ways they cook it. My buddies from Arizona fed me this one time and it inspired me to share it with you.

Discada recipe:
2lbs of minced beef
12oz of bacon sliced
2 roma tomatoes
1/2 onion
3 yellow chili peppers
2 tbsp of chili powder
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp ground cumin
juice of half of lemon
garlic salt to taste
