Some years ago already my idea was to return to stages with a set of personal favorites including songs from SBE as well as new stuff from my projects Fuzz Sagrado and Surya Kris Peters + faves like Robin Trower, and also tunes from my new band which also play as Blackbox Massacre.
There's been quite a bit of confusion about that Samsara topic. Well, yes it would have been easier somehow to continue with a well known name. Yet again, that wasn't my idea, although business partners (music's a business too, after all) and friends suggested it, and added to my own insecurity.
Yet I would like to move on. I totally acknowledge and respect THE FANS and also former band mates, but then there hasn't been a tour since 2018. It took two years to finally get together with my new band which consists of Steffen Schneider (guitar), Charlie Paschen (drums) and Raphael Nigbur (bass).
This was our first concert after five days of rehearsal, and seven days of knowing each other in total. Recorded at HD Dresden by Pino Cipriani.
