I talk a lot about the general conditioning of human beings and one of the big topics I don’t really touch down on too much outside of 1:1 coaching is sexual energy, how to understand it and how to harness it. It is one of the most powerful energies that you can take advantage of and we tend to waste it on very forgettable moments. We have been taught to do this. To satisfy the natural urge that we get not relatively long after we feel it… well I’m here to tell you how much of a waste that truly is. Most media will hyper sexualize as much as they can in order for you to release this energy and remain low. The more of this energy you can store, however, the sharper your mind will be. And this isn’t gender specific. It doesn’t matter what you are or what you are attracted to… just like fasting, the more you hold off on your urges, the more you start to learn about yourself. But the more you waste this energy on superficial things like p*rn and one night stands, the more desensitized you become both physically and mentally to the world around you. You’ll start operating from a more robotic state to accomplish nothing outside of what your phone is telling you to do.

Don’t let well thought out marketing schemes fool you. No one in the real spectrum of life behaves the way the people in those videos do and it’s not normal to think it’s proper reality. Empathy and understanding is the true way to connect to another individual, not by revealing the things that are reserved for sacred energy as soon as you can. Do a bit of research on it and if you’re someone who struggles with their own personal urges… and also struggles to find energy for simple daily tasks… you’re spilling that energy out to waste for a few seconds of pleasure when you could be storing it to maintain the blessing you’ve been simultaneously praying for… and if you’re wondering why it hasn’t shown up yet… well it’s quite simple to understand reading through this post but if you haven’t quite gotten the hang of it - that energy is 100% meant to expand your lineage and vision. It’s not meant to be sitting in an old band t-shirt that hasn’t fit since high school 💙
