Jiba and Clarence , Husband and wife duo run a cloud kitchen located at Thoraipakkam Chennai called Boatukaraan.
They prepare only fish which is fresh catch not frozen, or preserved.
Everything is prepared in clay pots and iron pans.
They prefer to serve organic chemical and preservatives free meals to customers.
Boatukaraan cloud kitchen can only host upto 10 a time.
This flavorful and authentic meal is served on a banana leaf. First comes the thuyamalli organic rice with fish curry, prawn thokku, crab masala and prawn fry. we also enjoyed the karuvadu/ Dryfish fry with rasam rice. We enjoyed everything here must visit on my list. slightly pricey but it's okay for quality food.
