In this video, I’m sharing two of my favorite cultured foods for summer — Fermented Grapes and Cultured Apple Nut and Cheese Dip.

These fermented grapes are always a favorite at my classes. They pop in your mouth with the most surprising flavors — a little sweet, a little tangy, and hints of cinnamon, clove, ginger, garlic, and green onion. They’re perfect for summer snack boards, parties, or tucked onto skewers with cheese and fruit.

I’m also making my Cultured Apple Nut and Cheese Dip, a creamy, sweet, and savory dip that’s filled with flavor and is a wonderful way to add more cultured foods to your summer meals and gatherings.

Summer is one of the easiest times to care for your gut. Fresh fruits, vegetables, sunshine, fermented foods, and simple recipes can all help you feed your microbes and make eating probiotic foods fun and delicious.
