Description
BR-75D is a rigid 75 Shore D, high-impact urethane designed for building fast, durable jacket molds and lightweight parts—without the hassle of fiberglass or cloth reinforcement.
Brush it onto the back of silicone glove molds to create tough, lightweight mothermolds, or brush it into molds and back it with rigid urethane foam for strong, lightweight parts. It also plays well with other systems, like using TC-1630 as a surface coat and backing with BR-75D for added durability and dimensional stability.
Compared to traditional methods, BR-75D offers faster builds, improved heat resistance, and long-lasting molds that hold their shape over time.
