Hi guys! It’s Heather LeBas. Welcome back to my art channel. I recently moved out of my parents house. Since it’s super expensive where I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, I moved into a Hacker House! A hacker house is a co-living space popular among entrepreneurs just starting out. The idea is that you get to live in close proximity to other driven and highly motivated people which helps inspire the growth of new start-ups.
Since I just launched my first art business and recently graduated from San Jose State, it was important for me to live somewhere that would allow me to save as much money as possible. If you live in an expensive area and want your own place, I would highly recommend getting some ambitious friends together where you can share a beautiful home!
The most important part of your home is your mattress. I partnered with with Dreamcloud, and let me just say… their mattresses are amazing! I have chronic problems falling asleep at night. It’s taken me a long time to reorganize, decorate, and clean this place up. I always was so in love with this house and knew it would look incredible once it got a makeover. I am so thrilled to share the progress with you and it is so fulfilling getting to see my artwork hung up on the walls.
