And simply heating up a thing of water to up to 120f (about 49c), & using this pump to pump that warm or hot water allowing you to enjoy a hot shower.
The water can be heated multiple ways depending on your situation. It could be using an electric submersible heating element like I show in the video like here https://amzn.to/3zLeU8a In which case I suggest using an online calculator like here https://www.omnicalculator.com/physics/water-heating to calculate expected time (Put 100% in the efficiency parameter.)
It could be heated on a stove using gas, or even on a wood fire. & too can be heated using solar energy if put in a dark container in the sun. Alternatively these solar showers exist too & can be good if someplace warm & sunny. https://amzn.to/3Bx6lyv
That pretty much summarizes as simple way to have a hot shower even if you don't have electricity or gas. Assuming your camping shower pump is charged at the time. If not a portable solar panel with USB like this can be amazing for charging small usb devices. https://amzn.to/4dsOeHe
When heating the hot water having a lid on it will help it heat up much faster by lowering both evaporative & radiative losses. Keeping it in an insulated container or throwing some towels or blankets over the heated basin can keep it warm for hours after heating.
In my case I heated up my water with the electric heater right in a cooler which was great because it was already insulated and it kept things warm for hours after.
