Description
Hourglass is a Lamb of God staple; a classic from Ashes of the Wake. Like many of the Lamb of God songs from that period, it has constant stops and starts and changes of pace and direction. There is definitely no formula in the composition of these Lamb of God songs. Along with Tomas Haake, Chris Adler has the coolest beats in metal drumming and they are fun to play and way easier to decipher than Haake's. (That is partly why Lamb of God is more commercially successful.)
