Description
In the middleweight main event, Dricus Du Plessis secured a dominant unanimous decision victory over former welterweight champion Kamaru Usman with scorecards reading 50-45, 49-46, and 49-46. Du Plessis set a relentless pace from the opening bell, continually pressing forward and wobbling Usman with heavy strikes and well-timed knees in the early rounds. Although Usman attempted to rely on his experience and takedown threat to stay competitive, Du Plessis's physical power and output neutralized the former champion throughout all five rounds.
