Indian authorities have stepped up anti-pollution measures in a bid to curb deteriorating air quality in New Delhi.
The measures include restricting the entry into the capital of older vehicles that do not comply with the latest emission standards.
On Monday morning (Nov 2), the air quality index reached the "very poor range" and by the afternoon, had reached "hazardous" according to IQAir readings.
