DEEPEN your strength with a yoga block #pelvicfloor #coreworkout

Description

Yoga blocks are easy to find in stores and online. Here's an example: https://amzn.to/2LharB2

Technique: one knee up on yoga block, foot off the floor. The other bent knee lifts straight up and down. (Don't let the lifting leg go out to the side — straight ⬆️ and ⬇️ is key.) Connect to your deep, DEEP CORE to make this happen. It’s not just about moving the leg up and down, it’s about USING YOUR PELVIC FLOOR, HIPS, DEEP ABS, and BACK to initiate the motion.
Be sure to breathe 😮‍💨 — exhale with exertion. And relax after you’ve felt the burn 🔥 on both sides! Try my free "3-minute miracle" to let your hips, pelvic floor, abs, and back totally soften, surrender, and relax. Go to https://www.vibrantpelvichealth.com/miracle to sign up!
