DA leader Geordin Hill-Lewis has described the state of Johannesburg's infrastructure as a disgrace.
Hill-Lewis, accompanied by the DA's Johannesburg mayoral candidate Helen Zille and other party leaders, conducted oversight visits across the city to assess deteriorating infrastructure ahead of the upcoming local government elections.
The DA has also submitted evidence of alleged service delivery failures to the Public Protector, and have called for an investigation.
