The Starlink Mini is already one of the best portable internet systems on the market, but this lightweight emergency vehicle setup takes it to another level. In this video, I put together a compact Starlink Mini kit for my wife's vehicle using accessories from CT Mods, including their soft carrying case and portable battery setup.
This build is designed around emergency communications, quick deployment, and portability. Everything fits neatly into a lightweight soft case with room for the Starlink Mini dish, power cables, PeakDo Link Power 1, and accessories. The goal was to create a simple grab-and-go setup that can stay inside the vehicle and be ready whenever it's needed.
The setup process is straightforward. We remove the factory mount, install the CT Mods mount, connect the power cable, organize the accessories, and place everything inside the case. Once finished, just plug in the battery, power it on, and the Starlink Mini can stay protected inside the case while still receiving a signal.
