Like the great Rudy Van Gelder, I am a fan of minimal miking when possible, but could I take a minimalist approach to one of the most complex drum sets in the world? In this video I put that to the test, I also talk about my approach to minimal miking and share some things that I learned working with Terry Bozzio on my own music and the Bozzio Levin Stevens album.
