In this video, I demonstrate how Claude can act as a fully automated security analyst to help secure your environment. Using the Windows 11 voice typing feature, I provide Claude with a highly detailed prompt to operate as a cybersecurity engineer. I give the AI access to my home lab environment, which includes industry-standard tools: Tenable for vulnerability management, SentinelOne for endpoint detection and response (EDR), and a pfSense firewall.
Watch as Claude autonomously works through the environment to perform hours of work in just minutes:
* It navigates the Tenable dashboard to review vulnerability scans and identify unpatched Windows 10 devices.
* It logs into SentinelOne to review and resolve multiple threat alerts in bulk.
* It evaluates pfSense firewall rules, logs, and network configurations.
* It conducts deep visibility threat hunting in SentinelOne, cross-referencing file hashes with public threat sources like VirusTotal.
AI is rapidly changing the cybersecurity landscape, and embracing these automation tools is a critical skill for the future. I also tease a potential future video where we will give Claude Code direct API access for even faster enterprise-level automation.
