These Chili Beans were absolutely amazing and the taste was spot on but no heat or spice like it usually is. You and your family will love them plus your little ones can eat them with no worries about burning their mouth.
Chili Beans
Ingredients
2-4 pounds of ground chuck
1 bell pepper chopped up if you have it
1 large onion chopped
1 15 oz can of Kidney Beans (2 if you have that many)
1 can of Original Rotel ...not drained
1 large can of Luck's Pinto Beans 29 oz
2 cans of Great Northern Beans (only one if you have kidney beans)
1 15 oz can of Del Monte Mexican Stewed Tomatoes
1 15 oz can of Hunt's Tomato Sauce
1 15 oz can of Del Monte Tomato Sauce
3 heaping tsp of Member's Mark (Sam's) Chili Powder
3/4 tsp Tone's Six Pepper Seasoning Blend
1/2 to 3/4 tsp of Mexene's Chili Powder Seasoning
1/2 to 3/4 tsp of Cumin
1 Heaping tsp of Private Selection Six Chili Powder
11/2 bottles of water (24 ounces)
I cooked these in my Ninja Foodi Smart LId.
Cook it under pressure for 20 minutes then let it sit on warm for 1 hour to 2 hours. So Yummy!!!!
